Thelma's Kitchen is temporarily closed

Thelma's Kitchen is entering a new chapter.

As of September 2, Thelma’s Kitchen’s café and catering services are temporarily closed as we take time to reflect, listen and thoughtfully consider what comes next.

​

For years, Thelma’s Kitchen has been more than a place to share a meal. It has been a place for connection, community and hospitality — rooted in the legacy of Mother Thelma and the mission of Reconciliation Services. As we look toward the future, we want to be thoughtful about how Thelma’s Kitchen can continue to live out that mission in its next chapter.

While our café and catering services are paused, our commitment to feeding our neighbors continues. Reconciliation Services will continue providing meals to our clients throughout this transition, just as we have served our community for nearly 40 years.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who has dined with us, ordered catering, volunteered, partnered with us or supported Thelma’s Kitchen over the years.

This isn’t goodbye. We’re excited to imagine what’s next, and we look forward to welcoming you back to Thelma’s Kitchen in the future.
