Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes, orders must be $250+ before tax.
Do you deliver? Is there a fee?
Yes, we deliver! Fees start at $15 and can increase based on the zip code entered for your delivery location
Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver to a 20-mile radius from Thelma's Kitchen. Take a look at this map to see if we deliver to your zip code!
Can you accommodate food allergies?
Food allergies – We do our very best to accommodate those with food allergies and dietary restrictions, however we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free kitchen, as we regularly serve food containing major allergens. We are more than happy to accommodate vegetarians, can make certain items vegan upon request, and we also gluten free wraps available.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
When you place a catering order, a 10% nonrefundable deposit will be collected. This fee will be charged when an order is not picked up or is cancelled less than 24 hours of the pickup date.
